NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 29, 2016, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-012728-CI (Section 7) in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for the Registered Holders of CBA Commercial Assets, Small Balance Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff, and John Terry, Trustee of 28th Street Trust, Dated January 1, 2012; John Terry, Trustee of Sunshine City Trust, Dated October 4, 1993; Sunshine City Trust, Dated October 4, 1993; 28th Street Trust, Dated January 1, 2012; John Terry, a/k/a John D. Terry, Sr.; Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Kathleen Terry, Deceased; Sunshine City Mobile Homeowners, Inc.; and Unknown Person(s) in Possession of the Subject Property n/k/a David Bridges, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on April 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at the Pinellas County Clerk's website for on-line auctions, via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
