NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-026327, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and WILFREDO SOTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILFREDO SOTO N/K/A AIDA SOTO; JANE DOE N/K/A VANESSA POPP, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, LESS THE SOUTH 60 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK “U” RIVERBEND MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
