NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 3rd day of February A.D., 2016, in the cause wherein, Sandra Conk, was plaintiff(s) and Kenneth McLeese, was defendant(s), being Case No 15-008352-SC in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Kenneth McLeese aka Kenneth James McLeese etc, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 206, Building 2, 333 Island Way, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 45 at page 72-73, further described in Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5096, Page 960 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
