NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 9, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-004666-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and GLORIA MEAD; PATRICIA WARD; ROMONA WALKES; CARNWELL DEAN, JR A/K/A C DEAN CARNWELL, JR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF HELEN E. DEAN A/K/A HELEN DEAN A/K/A HELEN CALLAHAN, DECEASED; are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Sale to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CARNWELL C. DEAN, JR., A MARRIED MAN TO CARNWELL C. DEAN, SR. AND HELEN E. DEAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, DATED 10/01/2002 RECORDED ON 10/03/2002 IN OR BOOK 12258, PAGE 1004 IN PINELLAS COUNTY RECORDS, STATE OF FL. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED BY FEE SIMPLE DEED FROM CARNWELL C. DEAN, SR., AND HELEN E. DEAN, HUSBAND AND IFE, TO CARNWELL C. DEAN, SR., AND HELEN E. DEAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND CARNWELL C.
