NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-028921 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and CESAR MARCOS, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, BLOCK C, SOMERSET TRACT E, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY. FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
