NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 24, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-004924 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF1 is Plaintiff and WELLS FARGO BANK MINNESOTA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR MSCC HELOC TRUST 2007-1, SHABBIR LAKHANI, CHEVAL WEST COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of May, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 2, CHEVAL WEST-VILLAGE ELEVEN ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 32 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
