NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF THE DECLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS FOR QUAIL RIDGE
1. This Notice is made by QUAIL RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF SEMINOLE, INC. (“Association). Association's post office address is 2180 West State Road 434, Suite 5000, Longwood, Florida 32779.
2. Attached hereto as Exhibit “A” is the affidavit required by Section 712.06(1)(b) of the Florida Statutes.
3. The real property affected by this Notice is the subdivision known as Quail Ridge according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 98, Pages 5 - 9, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
4. This Notice applies to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, And Restrictions For Quail Ridge recorded in O.R. Book 6580, Pages 2110, et seq., as amended by the instrument recorded in O.R. Book 18235, Pages 2524, et seq., both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Frank Oliver, (“Affiant”) who, upon being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
1. Affiant has personal knowledge of the matters set forth herein.
2. Affiant is the President of Quail Ridge Homeowner's Association of Seminole, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (“Association”).
3. The Board of Directors of Association caused the statement attached hereto as Exhibit 1 to be mailed or hand-delivered to each of the members of the Association.
4. The Statement attached hereto as Exhibit 1 was approved by at least two-thirds (2/3rds) of the members of the Board of Directors of Association at a Board of Directors meeting held on January 25, 2016.

The QUAIL RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF SEMINOLE, FLORIDA, (the “Association”) has taken action to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions For Quail Ridge, recorded in Official Records Book 6580, Page 2110, of the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burdening the property of each and every member of the Association, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of a member's residence. To this end, the Association shall cause the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records for the Association.
