Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2015-CA-001639 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. H-101 OF BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516 AT PAGE 465 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 A.M. on April 4, 2016. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
