NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20 November, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005187-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Cheryl Morelli, Lansbrook Master Association, Inc., Myrtle Point Homeowners Association, Inc., Patrick Morelli also known as Patrick A. Morelli, PNC Bank, National Association, successor by merger to National City Bank, United States of America, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 6th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
