STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF PROPOSED AGENCY ACTION
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) gives notice that it proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Conditions and issue a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order with Conditions for a contaminated site (Order). A&S Oil Recovery Services of Florida, Inc., 4635 and 4601 8th Avenue, S., St. Petersburg, FL, is seeking this Declaration in reference to FDEP FAC ID#9201304, and intends to rely on existing ordinances to restrict potential exposure to groundwater.

Complete copies of the No Further Action with Conditions proposal, existing institutional controls and FDEP's preliminary evaluation are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the Pinellas County Health Department, 8751 Ulmerton Road, Suite 2000, Largo, Florida 33771, attn. Andrew Moore.

Local governments with jurisdiction over the property subject to the institutional control, real property owner(s) of any property subject to the institutional control, and residents of any property subject to the institutional control have 30 days from publication of this notice to provide comments to Department.
