NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-000535-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and East House-West House Condominium Association, Inc., Harbor Bluffs Owners' Association, Inc., Elena J. Karakash, Simone C. Karakash, Tomi A. Karakash, Unknown Spouse of Simone C Karakash n/k/a Michael Toley, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT B-4 OF EAST HOUSE-WEST HOUSE, A CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 103, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4788, PAGE 693, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
