NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23 February, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006076-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which GTE Federal Credit Union, is the Plaintiff and April J. Seligson, Cypress Trace Homeowners Association, Inc., Cypress Trace North Association, Inc, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 8th of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 104, CYPRESS TRACE NORTH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OR BOOK 5510, PAGE 1765, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE(S) 28 THROUGH 37, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
