NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated August 11, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014 436 CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff, and ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST BEATRIX B. WILKENING; LISA G. WILKENING, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE, UTD 2/7/05; LISA G. WILKENING, AS SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BEATRIX B. WILKENING; DINA L. GLOVER, AS SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BEATRIX B. WILKENING; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF BEATRIX BE WILKENING TRUSTEE, UTD 2/7/05, are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on APRIL 6, 2016 at 10:00 a..m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 53T, POINTE ALEXIS SOUTH, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 44 THROUGH 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
