NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-001054-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which COMMUNITY RESTORATION CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and TODD SMITH A/K/A TODD A. SMITH A/K/A TODD ANTHONY SMITH; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; LAURA L. SMITH; JACKSON PROPERTIES AND FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; CITY OF SAINT PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; AIDA Y. DEJESUS-ORTAGA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KATHARISE RENTZ are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Sale to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Public computer terminals will be available for use during sales in the Clerk's Offices located in the back of the Official Records Department of the Clearwater Courthouse at 315 Court St, Room 163, and the Judicial Building in St. Petersburg at 545 1st Ave. North. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 1st day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 122 AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 123, BUENA VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
