NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order directing clerk to Distribute Forfeited Third Party Sale Deposit and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, dated February 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 14-009370-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Christina Wilhelmi a/k/a Christina L. Wilhelmi; The Unknown Spouse of Christina Wilhelmi a/k/a Christina L. Wilhelmi; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Forest Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.; The Gardens of Forest Lakes Condominium Association, Inc.; Pinellas County Board of Commissioners; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of March, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT A, BUILDING 13, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE GARDENS AT FOREST LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 41 THROUGH 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6084, PAGE 683, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
