NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-011220-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee for GSMPS Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-1 is the Plaintiff and Ernest L. Owens, Sr. A/K/A Ernest Owens, Sr.; The Unknown Spouse Of Ernest L. Owens, Sr. A/K/A Ernest Owens, Sr.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association Successor by Merger to First Union National Bank; Ispc; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK B, AVONDALE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
