NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Order on Joint Motion to Reschedule February 24, 2016 Foreclosure Sale, dated on February 01, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-012185-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Deutsche Alt-A Securities Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and Alexander Vasic; The Club at Feather Sound Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 1224, THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGES 2117 THROUGH 2280, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
