NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-003901-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-6, MORTAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6, Plaintiff, and, TINA N. SLY, et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 25th day of April, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 54, GREEN GROVE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 80 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
