NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012804 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2006-HE3, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and Robert S. King and Leslie L. Helmer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 1, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK G, LAKESIDE TERRACE SUB. 1ST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 79 AND 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
