NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-007906-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-BNC2, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM H. RICHARDS, JR., ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT:
LOT 8, BLOCK 6, PELICAN CREEK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 24 & 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1108 Pelican Dr S., Saint Petersburg, FL 33707
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
