NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, and entered in 2013-010072-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AC3 is the Plaintiff and CHARLES W. CRONK A/K/A CHARLES CRONK; SALLY A. STROZINSKY A/K/A SALLY STROZINSKY; SUNTRUST BANK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
