NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-001856-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and RICK WAYNE ROBINSON, JR., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE 614 LIMETREE DRIVE TRUST DATED JUNE 30, 2008; SHELLY L. KIDDER; MICHAEL KIDDER; RICARDO ROBINSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 30 FEET OF LOT 435 AND THE NORTH 45 FEET OF LOT 434, HARBOR PALMS SUBDIVISION, UNIT ELEVEN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
