NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 8, 2015 in Civil Case No. 10-012776-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL L. PETERSON; KIM K KOKORIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 7, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY STATE OF FLORIDA AS DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 8479 PAGE 406 ID# 25/28/16/81850/004/0240 BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 24 BLOCK 4 SHOREVIEW PHASE I FILED IN PLAT BOOK 84 PAGE 51-52
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
