MARSHLACK A/K/A DAVID MARSHLACK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID G. MARSHLACK A/K/A DAVID MARSHLACK; SYNOVUS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JAMIE DEISE are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 18, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
