Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 11, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, THE VILLAGE AT BENTLEY PARK PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGES 81-84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 2660 BENTLEY DRIVE, PALM HARBOR, FL 34684; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 26, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
