NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-005721-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and JOHN J. BROWN, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 8, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Casa Bello Condo Phase 1, recorded in OR Book 5186 Page 81, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 50 Page 50, public records of Pinellas County, Florida
Property Address: 815 3rd Avenue SW, Unit 8, Largo, FL 33770
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
