NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-007237-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR2, is Plaintiff and BARBARA J. HOLZWART-SCHUSTER A/K/A BARBARA J. HOLWART-SCHUSTER, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit I-283, Penthouse Groves, Unit E, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3831, Page 785, Condominium Plat Book 11, Page 32, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Property Address: 1655 S Highland Ave I-283, Clearwater, FL 33756
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
