NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-010614-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18 is Plaintiff and SAMET ZILBEARI, UKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMET ZILBEARI, BIDAJET ABDULAI , RAZIJE ABDULAI, CACH, LLC, SUNTRUST BANK, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of April, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 100, COUNTRY GROVE SUB, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 85, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
