NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 12, 2016 in Civil Case No. 52-2015-CA-004805 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR SPRINGLEAF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2013-3 is Plaintiff and KATHRYN K. MACHOL AKA KATHRYN MACHOL, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN K. MACHOL AKA KATHRYN MACHOL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of April, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All of Lot 8 and the West 15 feet of Lot 7, Block 33, Unit One of Snell Shores, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
