NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12013595CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and WAYNE D. HIDALGO; SUNTRUST BANK; WAYNE D. HIDALGO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE WAYNE D HIDALGO LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 2006; UNKNOWN TENANT; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE WAYNE D HIDALGO LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 26, 2006 and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 15th day of April, 2016, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 8, BELLEAIR BEACH SUBDIVISION UNIT A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 89 AND 90, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
