NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of March, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14000183CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is the Plaintiff and DIANA J. CRAWFORD ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTERES AS SPOUSES HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; GLENEAGLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GLENEAGLES CONDOMINUM I ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE POOL WORKS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC.and ACHIEVE CREDIT UNION; are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
