NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2015 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated March 10, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-002679-XX-CICI (15) in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein IBM SOUTHEAST EMPLOYEES' FEDERAL CREDIT UNION N/K/A IBM SOUTHEAST EMPLOYEES' CREDIT UNION, is the Plaintiff, and JOYCE L. SCHNATTERER; COUNTRY VILLAS OF SAFETY HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; et al., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on April 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m., at the Pinellas County Clerk's website for on-line auctions via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
COUNTRY VILLAS LOT 87, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 21 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 222 Lotus Drive, Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, Florida, 34695.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
