NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-6260-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and ROBYN LAMBERT BOGGS F/K/A ROBYN LAMBERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBYN LAMBERT; TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM NO. 2 ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; are defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on Sale to be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Public computer terminals will be available for use during sales in the Clerk's Offices located in the back of the Official Records Department of the Clearwater Courthouse at 315 Court St, Room 163, and the Judicial Building in St. Petersburg at 545 1st Ave. North. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the 8th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO. 24, OF TOWNHOMES OF LAKE SEMINOLE CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 112 THROUGH 115, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4981, PAGE 770, ET. SEQ. TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
