YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a civil action has been filed against you in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, to foreclose certain real property described as follows:
LOT 20, BLOCK 19, MEADOW LAWN - SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 43, 44, AND 45, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

You are required to file a written response with the Court and serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Timothy D.
