NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in 13-006195-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is the Plaintiff and BRUCE SHANKER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A GRAHAM JONES; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 A/K/A KARA DODSON; HRLD ENTERPRISES, INC., AS TRUSTEE OF THE 5231 DARTMOUTH AVENUE NORTH LAND TRUST DATED AUGUST 24, 2005 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
