NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 07, 2015, and entered in 15-001353-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-KS12 is the Plaintiff and LATOYA WILLIAMS A/K/A LATOYA T. WILLIAMS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LATOYA WILLIAMS A/K/A LATOYA T. WILLIAMS ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
