NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 13-000320-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association FKA the Bank of New York Trust Company, N. A. Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank N. A., as Trustee for RASC 2003-KS8 is the Plaintiff and Patsy A Bisciotti; Unknown Spouse of Patsy A. Bisciotti; United Bank and Trust Company ; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Northeasterly 3 feet of Lot 13 and all of Lot 14, Block 10, Jungle County Club Fourth Addition, According to the Map or Plat Thereof as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 17 through 18, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
