You are notified that an action has been filed by Plaintiff, BEL-AIRE MOBILE HOME OWNERS, INC., a Florida corporation, seeking to terminate the occupancy and possessory rights of the defendants and to foreclose its lien against the following real and personal property:
Unit 73 of Bel-Aire Mobile Village, a Cooperative (“Cooperative”), according to Exhibit “C-2” (plot plan) of the Master Occupancy Agreement as recorded in Official Records Book 7512, Page 692, and that certain Assignment of Occupancy Agreement recorded on April 2, 2008, in O.R. Book 16202, Page 1652, together with all exhibits and amendments thereto;
TOGETHER WITH that certain Stock Certificate Number 252 issued by the Cooperative to George L. Ledford, evidencing his percentage interest in the Cooperative, and any other incident of ownership arising therefrom;
The street address of the Property is 11300 124th Ave., #73, Largo, FL 33778, and the Parcel Identification Number of the Property is 10-30-15-06305-000-0730.
TOGETHER WITH that certain 1973 PARK mobile home, having Vehicle Identification Number 653FB298, and Title Number 0005962381.
You are required to serve a copy of a written defense, if any, to David S. Bernstein, Esq., [email protected], and/or Andrew J. McBride, Esq., [email protected], Plaintiff's attorneys, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 150 Second Avenue North, 17th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, within 30 days from the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint.
