NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 10, 2016, entered in Case No. 52 2013 CA 005903 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Randolph Howard a/k/a Randolph Andrew Howard; The Unknown Spouse of Randolph Howard a/k/a Randolph Andrew Howard; Susan E. Howard; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; State of Florida; Pinellas County; Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court; Tenant #1, Tenant #2, Tenant #3, and Tenant #4, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 40, BLOCK 8, BLOSSOM LAKE VILLAGE SECTION III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 58 AND 59 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
