NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 08, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-004714-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-1, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA FOX A/K/A BARBARA L. FOX A/K/A BARBARA J. FOX, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 09 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 68, of PASADENA ESTATES, SECTION H, According to the Map or Plat thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 60, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
