Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on February 12, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 18, BLOCK 1, NORTH EAST PARK PLACIDO SHORES UNIT #1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FL.
and commonly known as: 719 37TH AVENUE, NORTHEAST, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33704; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 13, 2016 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
