NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit C-86 of MISSION HILLS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3665, Page 870, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, and as described in the Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 45 and refiled in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 96, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2957 Flint North, #86C, Clearwater, Florida 33759
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 6, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
