NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LEROY R. MORRIS A/K/A LEROY MORRIS, DECEASED; GYLIAN E. MORRIS A/K/A GYLIAN E. MORRIS-MELLS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; NATIONAL REVENUE SERVICE, INC. ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
