NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 5, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-002527-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LIVE WELL FINANCIAL, INC. is the Plaintiff and Amelia Walley; The Unknown Spouse Of Amelia Walley; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; United States Of America On Behalf Of U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 55 FEET OF LOT 7 AND SOUTH 45 FEET OF LOT 8, BLOCK C, BROADWATER UNIT ONE, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE(S) 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
