NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure After Default entered March 22, 2016in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:

Book 5605, pages 344 to 473, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
