NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 27, 2009 in Civil Case No. 07-010315-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein OMNI NATIONAL BANK is Plaintiff and LUBIK LAND AND HOLDINGS COMPANY, LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of May, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 167, Bon-Air, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Less and except that part thereof conveyed to City of St. Petersburg for street purposes, pursuant to that deed recorded in Book 4501, Page 1088 and further described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 167, of Bon-Air Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 4, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, thence East 48.00 feet along the North boundary of said Lot 167 to the Northeast corner of Lot 167; thence South 5.80 feet along the East boundary of said Lot 167; thence S. 87° 41` 11” W. 42.03 feet; thence West 6.00 feet to the West boundary of said Lot 167; thence North 7.50 feet along the West boundary of Lot 167 to the Point of Beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
