HOLZMACHER, deceased, File Number 16-001005-ES3 by the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756, that the decedent's date of death was January 9, 2016, that the total value of the estate is $20,057.88, and that the names and addresses of those to who it has been assigned by such Order are:

ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
