NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2016, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
Unit No. 12 F, Southeast Wing, Building B-29 of ON TOP OF THE WORLD UNIT TWENTY SIX, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4009, page 1396 through 1420, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 13, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements, and more commonly known as 2426 Ecuadorian Way, #12, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 2nd day of May, 2016 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
