NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-006200-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LORAINE M. SCHIFFER, DECEASED; EDWARD JAMES SCHIFFER; ROBERT FRANCIS SCHIFFER; PATRICIA ANN WILSON; KATHLEEN ELIZABETH SCHOETTLE; JOHN EDWARD SCHIFFER; FRANK J. SCHOETTLE; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURTS PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, LESS THE SOUTH 5 FEET THEREOF AND SOUTH 16 FEET OF LOT 10 IN BLOCK 6 OF R.A. PHRANER'S SUB' N., ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
