NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006286-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and LUCHEN GLYNN A/K/A LUCHEN GLYNN, III; CYNTHIA M. GLYNN, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK J, VICTORY HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
